Mercedes-Benz Auckland response on Covid-19.
In the light of the latest COVID-19 development which moved Auckland into level 3, we are now operating within the strict health and safety guidelines outlined by the government.
We remain open for contactless customer service including test drives, servicing, and technical support with sanitisation and contact tracing procedures in place. Our team is also available for virtual or phone consultations to assist you with your motoring needs.
Even with our showroom doors closed for now, we would still love to see you even if this means to keep our distance. Please call us on 09 529 3888 upon your arrival at the Dealership for further instructions on our contactless services.
As the health and safety of our customers and staff remain our top priority, the following procedures are in place:
- Contact Tracing – A QR poster to allow customers to register on the Ministry of Health’s COVID 19 tracing app is available at the front door. In addition, we require all visitors to scan our own “I’M HERE” QR code in order that we can contact people if necessary.
- Sanitisation – All our customer-facing staff have materials to keep their work areas sterilised as required, in addition to the daily sanitisation of all common areas and touch points carried out by our cleaners.
- Social Distancing – staff and customers are required to maintain appropriate social distancing as per Government guideline.
